With over 15 years of cooking class experience, Nabil Abi-Jaoude is not just an amazing cook but an entertainer. A lifetime of studying the best chefs from his grandmother to Anthony Bourdain has solidified his cooking techniques and ability to combine the right flavors at the right time.
Immigrating to Canada in 1971, Nabil’s passion for cooking evolved over many years. He prepared falafel dishes for his children’s work parties and volunteered his time to prepare food for charities. He has been a cooking class instructor at the Toronto Board of Education, teaching 2-3 classes a week. These include international cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, and Chef on the run.
